Brief Review of KBV1
I just got home from watching Kill Bill and all I
can say is that Tarantino is a Genius. The movie is a homage to 70’s kung-fu and
action flicks. and it pulls it off flawlessly. From the cheasy introduction, the
flicker at the border of the movies, the music, everything feels so retro, yet
so new that it is just impressive. The movie is about an assassin out to get
revenge on her colleagues. I won’t give much detail since I don’t want to spoil
anything, but the movie is great, if you understand where it comes from. I would
definitely say it is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a long
time.
